You continue to say i underestimate cash. Please give me one post # where you show why using Lynas numbers. Say it all you want but until you back it up with some data it is meaningless. If your data is good I will change my mine. You are just like all the up-rampers you think anything you say is true because other up rampers say the same thing. No one backs it up. Show me one post # where any one has shown that there is plenty of cash not just said it.
That is opinion not an error. I am not underestimating I have looked at current REE prices and believe Lynas will only ship NEXT volumes. Based on that I do not think cash will be sufficient in 4 or 5 Qs. I showed a chart above that shows Cash including Stock sales and operations only. Can you refute that with data not words? . All my data is from Q reports so you can verify anything that looks wrong to you. So look at chart again then do some simple math and show me why you think it is adequate.
Let me state again my opinion that the cash is not sufficient to cover expansion plans. Current plans have Lyas % of WW sales dropping tremendously like they have for last 5 year. Lynas will not go broke, but they will need to sell stock further diluting shareholders.
Many say That JARE will step in. I do believe they will. Have you looked at how much they can do? the only thing that helps cash is forgiving Loan payments look at note 10 and 11 of SAR That only contributes AU$ 22 M a half and this is what they did it. Again looking at SAR notes the Jare loan is only AU 168M. If that is forgiven a nice nonoperational kick to profits but still much less that the profit drop FY 2022 to FY 2023. I think Jare will help but they can only do two things. Lend cash which will increase debt, Buy stock which dilutes stockholders.
JMO they will continue to forgive payments and buy stock.
Maybe. But often when people see what they think is a lot, they way over estimate how long it will last. Look at the number of lottery winners that are broke a few years later. if Lynas thought they had sufficient cash why did they dilute you by selling stock to JARE. That is a truth that no one on this board has explained to me yet.
