The identification of Manfred Marx as the brother of the MD/CEO/Chairman, Wolfgang Marx should raise a few doubts about integrity of the Board.

Back in mid April 2003 TAW made a bid deal of a report headed:

Daniel Alluvial Discovery - Independent Report
Manfred R. Marx, Manfred R. Marx and Associates Pty Ltd, 4/15/2003

The report spoke in glowing terms about the Daniel Project, and was enough to give the TAW price a 25-30% jump.


At now stage was it mentioned the author of this "Independent Report" was none other than the brother of the top honcho of TAW.
