TBH EB I hadn't looked into it all until your post. But having a brief look into it, I think it's a great idea and Australia, being a big mining country, needs and should have it. It reminds me of K-TEC in Germany who build these processes up, although mainly around salt and Potash and are a global company
Although being based in Germany and not Australia causes unforeseen circumstances between lab results and real life achievements. KLL being a recent example of that.
So, yes, great initiative. Trouble being are our fearless leaders capable to bring any of it to fruition once Curtin Uni have done the hard yards? I have my doubts, given the less than stellar track record.
