I forgot to mention in that earlier post....AVB had included previously forecast capital or start up costs of US$2m, in that cost flow spreadsheet.
Slightly unusual...as investors appreciate the need for up front capital, in any project.....(AVB have $4m cash) -
therefore should we discount the $2m.....profits would increase by an additional 5 cents per share...in year one.
