Theres no mystery cappers just as you say NIL interest.
They will hope that a finance announcement will generate enough volume to let their mates sell into it hard while their tame essay writers waffle on to try and keep as many in with tales of how amazing it is all going to be and how those selling will be sorry etc etc.
Then as they run it back towards 1 cent they will announce a CR at 1 cent plus options.
then more essays on why its such a great deal and they couldn't raise higher etc etc.
exactly the same play as last year.
Of course if they don't nail the finance then who knows what price they will have to raise funds at
