    Annoyed by the time wasted bidding on the damned LTR gig - why bother in the first place? But gotta understand that not all deals go through and things change in business. The LTR job looks to be a ticking cost overblown time bomb anyway and since there's no equity component, best to drop it and move on? Yea, it's worth $1B over 4 years, but you gotta front up $125M first. Hell No! Thanks but no thanks?
