    It will never pass FID if they can't work out how CUBA is actually going to pay 40-50USD a barrel for the oil.

    Sherritt had to resort to swapping cobalt to retrieve 230million dollars over 5 years that it is owed.

    Not sure I've seen a FID pass via a barter system
