'if we are raising 10M externally by not worrying about current holders of heads and options - the least Idan should have done was prioritize protecting investor capital this far and worked on getting the market cap at something sensible before even trying to bring up the idea of another raise at 10M'...

The whole 10/25 idea sounds a little painful when we all know the share price has been taking some whacks and we have all been blaming manipulation... The fact is we havent seen anything 'price sensitive' positive since the last raise that warrants this raise (that can sustain holding the price) and personally the launch is not enough for me...

Some of you fellow investors may disagree with me but that is where I stand at the moment... If I were a trader instead of investor, I would just shut-up and not bother - I would play with the swings and make cash but if we are all with a single vision of seeing our capital protected we should have a problem with it...
