Industrial is better than office space, but I'm quite bearish in general on the economy. Lots of unsustainable trends at the moment.
I do feel quite confident in BKW's ability to handle downturns though, the only question is what an appropriate entry point would be. Still doing my research on this so I can't really offer an opinion yet.
