Yes, I cannot see the regulatory environment getting more loose. They seem preoccupied by Bank Of QUeensland, the clubs NSW affiliated clubs, and Sky City casino for now but the Big Banks are never out of their sights for long.
Westpac due to its historical issues in this space would obviously be a major focus and it is therefore high risk for this sort of regulatory activity IMHO.
