I didn't see that post by psi81, but as far as I know, the intention was always to undertake the pressurised acid wash (some might call it a mini-frac) with this rig.
The reason being that it is something that can be done quickly and economically now, and will add to the understanding of the characteristics of the formation to help decide whether a hydraulic frac job is worth consideration.
