I don't think the ratio of payout will be reduced due to flow on effects of BHP and the sale of Scarborough.
which on the current exchange rate and including fully franked dividend, makes a 11.30% return on the 6 months by my calculations.
Therefore I would see no reason to sell in the next 6 months
