Thanks. My concern (and correct me if I'm wrong here) is the unique structure of the fund. When it says we have economic earnings what does that mean in a scenario such as a GFC where companies are going bust/getting called up on their debt. What rights does it give us in terms of assets.
For a normal company if the worst case scenario happened, debts get paid and shareholders would get the proceeds from the remaining assets after that. Am I correct to assume that would not be the case here?
