Hi spid81 to keep it simple for you the EPC contract has little to do with plant capacity...The plant is designed at 15% TGC for 1000 ton operation period...
If the EPC contract had a briefing to run lower-grade materials then obviously the yield will be reduced...Excess Capacity ~23%
Is spid81 the most naive researcher I have ever come across...or just deceptive
