AWE had about 33% of ADI prior to the T/O. The last ADI Appendix B shows about 175M shares on issue after the conversion of 6M options. Consequently, AWE is outlaying about A$50M (120M x A$0.42) for the part of ADI it did not own.

As at 30 June 2010, AZDI had about A$7.6M cash on hand, which will be consolidated into AWE's hands when they compulsory acquire the small outstanding shareholding.
Consequently, could say the net acquisition cost is about A$43M.

With 10% share of the Sugarloaf operation, ADI brings with it to AWE P50 Reserves of 8.5BCF and 1.8 mmbbl of condensate.
