I am fairly confident that the board will be on a very very tight budget of essential spend only.
This will be because the impending partnership will result in a re-rate of the share price, once this has taken place the capital raise will take place at much higher levels reducing dilution.
I would be very happy with this prudent outcome. Knowing the board and their shareholder bias, I am fairly confident.
