In a conversation last year with Colby I discussed the option of selling Walyering to avoid being a T/O target.
I have emailed him today reminding him of his reply.
In a conversation this year I asked him about selling Gurvantees and have included in the email his reply.
I have asked if we did require finance and if debt was considered?
I asked how was a large shareholder of a potential takeover predator elected to the board?
I ask how could the board possible convince us this wasnt a stitch up and the only true question is when was the plan hatch?
i ask if Mongolia was spun out what does he think our SP would be now and how much of a premium would we truly be receiving vs the potential of L7 and Condor down the track and future drilling at Walyering?
I stated I cant accept Stuart didnt BS us on Walyering progress and why would I want to be rolled into a company where BS is acceptable?
One should challenge performance shares because since hes been in charge there has been no performance especially if a decent Gurvantees deal cant be arranged.
