Market obviously agrees with me and not you. My position is it is forward progress in terms of appointing parties to secure debt funding etc for investment in the project to move to production..
For spec like this it is positive news. I don't know why you see this announcement as not positive or progress. Of course the next step is the parties actually securing the deals and raising the necessary investment funds.
I may well be missing something but don't see how this announcement is not positive or forward progress.
