IMO, for which you are entitled, you need to complete a SWOT analysis on your ability to complete a SWOT analysis on PLS. As usual, you ask many questions, but don't appear to have any answers?
Now, I'm not saying that the parameters included in your SWOT are good, bad or otherwise, but I do believe that you should review some of those parameters, in the context of, are some or all of those parameters relevant and once you complete that analysis, it would like to see you have a crack at analysing the relevant parameters yourself, for which that content should give us plebs the opportunity to reply to your analysis in a constructive manner...
