I tend to agree with you, the existing producers have a first-mover advantage over WKT, their customers will know the quality of their graphite. it will comply with the ISO and they will already have a good working relationship, which is significantly essential in a market where mines are being placed on Care and Maintenance or reducing their capacity. The market experts BMI and Fastmarkets have detailed the surplus graphite supply which has resulted in the graphite price falling.
As you would be aware, WKT has a high-interest debt, do you know any other graphite mines that have this same financial burden?
