I've been away for 6 weeks but I have been invested and following CXO closely for a few years now. Still holding and haven't sold any recently.
I am not happy with Gareth but I don't think he is the main person to start pointing fingers at.
Just because he is the CEO doesn't mean he is calling all the shots. Surely the Board and the chairman are the main players here. Gareth has got many roles but I don't believe his role would be investor relationships at this time.
Last September when his feet hadn't even touched the ground a cap raise at around $1 was done annoyingly after a SP rise to $1.60
Ganfeng sold some of their stock prior to the CR . Coincidence?
Relationships with Ganfeng would have been made by senior board members and the ex CEO.
Chairman Mr Greg English would have been main leader of CXO in the last year and possibly prior to that. He sold shares at highs in November last year.

The larger institutional investors involved in the current CR were seemingly in prior discussion with management to resolve an agreed price % below the SP.
The market over-reaction to the quarterly may have been a surprise to the management but they were seemingly happy to cut deals at a lower price.
I am hoping this can be turned around and believe it will but it has been a difficult time for sure
    Good luck to holders.
