    you can actually see it happening, ie these mugs panicking out of stocks

    ie take CEY for example

    at one stage the buy side was at $3.90 and the sell side was at $3.98. For no apparent fundamental reason!

    So many stocks today had that kind of trend occuring, which says to me mugs are panicking.
