Interesting that the top 20 Shareholders own approx 45% of the company with 6% as the highest shareholder; so most of shares held by smaller holdings. A fair bit more difficult to influence the board without at least a 10% shareholder being vocal/ board member. I could be wrong but don't think any major shareholder is on the Board which is poor in my view
Maybe we should all vote Krusty to the Board
