Hi Mike,

My intention is to share valuable thoughts on the business and help foster a well informed community of investors. As a regular contributor here and elsewhere to discussions about 4DX, and someone who has followed the business closely since it IPOed, I feel obliged to share my views, especially when they change substantially, as they have over the last few weeks. I also believe that putting your thoughts into writing on a public forum forces you to comprehend those thoughts in a clearer manner, and often even prompts you to do further research to fact check yourself and investigate the validity of your views. It also gives you the ability to later reflect back on the views you had which motivated your investment decisions.
In summary I would say I have many motivations to share my thoughts, both for others and for myself, none of which relate to trading.

Yes, I had a very significant portfolio position in 4DX after fully participating in the SPP, I previously sold down over half of my position, and more recently I have sold out completely.

I am still excited about the prospects for 4DX and will continue to follow the company closely, but have no intention of re-entering the company in at least the next 12 months unless the some big changes occur, which I cannot see happening. So no, I am not trying to re-buy lower, unless by lower you mean around 10c, at that price I would probably be interested again.
