These have taken so long to result, expecting a price surge on back of no news is unlikely, ... unless those buying are making some well educated investment decisions.

Most likely scenario is dual list next with hope that Canadians push stock price up from current value. Then, issue resource upgrade to give it another shot in the arm. Then, sellers will come out of the woodwork.
