Geez can some one ask the obvious question.? As posted many times tls infraco makes no money for tls anymore as in ebitda etc so how could it be sold,it can't... Tls infraco makes $3.5 billion 'for NBN' because they use tls's infraco to sell fixed back to tls ,optus etc.. Tls infraco did make $3 billion ebitda for tls before nbn ageement. So as posted many times how the fruit cake do u sell an asset absolutely worth $20 billion plus but it makes no money anymore for tls due to NBN agreement.?simple enough.? NBN now makes the tls fixed profit great nbn agreement for the govt. Finally Vicky understands this and why imo only infraco is off the market. imo only steven conroy must be amazed by tls board decisions,even when he threatened less to force tls to hand back tls fixed infrastructure tls now has gone further. Damn now even trying to lease their mobile towers to TPG.. A perfect example of go woke go broke imo only. ps wait for the write down in tls purple and infraco.as predicted tls is a one trick poney mobile.Which imo can't support current sp as connectivity technology develops.. New management required 7 years ago.
