Is it still 4%? Or did the percentage go up once they conceded some claims to Bradda Head? In any case, here we go again with another newbie who doesn't know the company itself admits that the 4% was cherry-picked for being more likely to result in higher lithium ppm than in the other 96%. That's why half the holes they want to drill in the next round are in the same 4% area. Which, by coincidence, is never going to get approval because it is too close to the Hualapai property.
If you want to know what the holes in the other 96% will turn out, just look at the mediocre Bradda Head results in the adjacent claims. Yes, I own some BHL, but mostly for their pegmatite, non-BLM claims elsewhere in Arizona, and their brine in Nevada. And I agree that AZL might be as likely to produce lithium from Saskatchewan oil brine as the other Duperow explorer, Grounded, which has a $20 million market cap. The advantage to Grounded is that it doesn't have high overhead on unproductive assets in Arizona.
