    HI jessie,

Biota has always been a company that is hard to read, because of the nature of the beast, being the flu and a lousy negotiated deal many years ago with GSK.

To continuesly blaming the todays Biota management has never been my daily tenure , as I find it a misplaced interpretation about why we have become part of this situation.

Biota has been good in where they are good in , doing the hard work in their labs and in finding and progressing new cures or prevention for infections which may have a negative implication on our life.

So I leave them to do where they are good in and give them my blessing if they can improve on their HRV cure by putting this thru their own clinical trials if the big farmos do not want to cough up the right amount of financial requirement for such a invention at this stage.

I also do believe that if some shareholders have such a bad and negative few of management, they should have sold out long ago and move on, as nothing can stop them of doing so.

And it will save us from reading the continueing negative dribble and scare off future investors into this, and one of the very few profitable bio-tech companies on the ASX.

I have said before that a souffle never raises twice but Biota like a cat has many lives and will be up and running again.

We have not invested in a rubbish company with second rate products....

Just look at Relenza , the old timer, it is now the ONLY antiviral that still has shown NO resistance to the swine flu or seasonal flu and bird flu.

And we have Lani being a MUCH more improved version of Relenza and on the verge to be licensed in Japan for probably not just to fight the flu once you have it, but also as a way from stopping you from getting it......

Then we have HRV and the other drugs in the pipeline.

I can see still a VERY bright side at my substancial investment in Biota and know that you and many more holders here feel alike.

We will rise again , and then again will come the question when to sell.....

Will it be at the $2 mark or at the $5 mark and beyond, because believe me, we will be once again bothered with these decisions imho.

Good luck to all , and keep the faith

    jojo
