If you look at todays trading I suspect there is a deliberate effort to surpress the price today.
There are consistant trades that all fall within these parametres:
4-6 minute intervals - average 5 minutes
10 - 100 shares - average 30 shares
Its pretty consistent throughout the day but it didnt seem to have the impact the trader was hoping for as only 1.8m shares (15% of total) moved at .019
