    If you have some magical powers and can drop the price below $20.00 I will pay you a commision

    I wish it will go below there, I been wishing that for a while now.

    You have now till end of Oct to hope it gets there otherwise you will have to pay what the markets asking.

    Rates will probably get to 10% in 5-10 years time, wouldn't worry about it now.
