    May I ask who should be suing DA for negligence of fiduciary duties to shareholders and who should be suing Mike F Que/Austroid for wrongdoing? The Australian Govt? Tax Dept? ASIC? SGX? Cannacord? Journalists? Who are we expecting to take the case up on behalf of shareholders? Any subject matter experts around here to enlighten? Thanks
