I think this CR is a gift from LC to all the LT small shareholders (owning less than 30,000$ in IMU stock).
IMHO now you can sell all your IMU stock (as you are already eligible for the SPP) and buy it back in full during the SPP. You will get same shares or even more if the SP keeps falling ,plus the free oppies.
Does anyone see a flaw on the above thought ??
