A buyer who's wacked down a cool $10M deposit for a land purchase deal where there's currently an 'extraordinary' amount of interest.
It's all about supply and demand and I figure the purchaser is very keen to seal the deal while the paperwork is taking longer than expected to process throught such high demand.
Looks like SSN are sitting pretty with a very interested buyer who importantly has the $$$.
