Tobes already pointed out a possible scale back scenario. The other scenario could be the sp suddenly rises once one sold to free up some funds. People will maybe price in some IMUOE value to make it work but nobody knows how it will turn out.

But it is correct, the way this CR is structured, it would be in our interest to drive the sp to ZERO to get a truckload of shares and free oppies for our $. But while that looks great in the account what would the real result be? Hundreds of billions of shares, diluting to the moon. Yes, that's exaggerated but theoretically that's what could happen. Hopper is behind that, Leslie just got today the " wonderful" task to sell it to us. Let the CEO catch the backlash.

At CHM we've seen about a 25% discount to the 4.6c CR price at 3.5c, this could become much more here. Did Hopper think this one really through? If yes, then he definitely wanted to give the shorters the opportunity to rebuy their about 400-500m shares for less than 8c. The 8.4c CR sharks and management are already under water, the OEs won't help to balance that out if IMU ends up at 2.5c cash backed. Again this is worst case scenario but the ASX forces won't care. One can only hope that someone out there can see the value but when Hopper can't see it, won't see it or deliberately drives this into the sp ground we can't expect the market to drive this higher.

First mistake: 8.4c instead of e.g. 12c
Second mistake: free oppies
Third mistake: 2.5% discount to 5 days av.

He really asks for the bigger forces to crash the sp. Insane or calculated move, time will tell.
