every STX holder wants as much as possible for their TPD shares as all TPD holders do, l promise you!
It's just that some shareholders are more affraid than others of going back to 14 cents and an uncertain future!!!
Either they don't understand the numbers (ie what they are giving up) or they don't care, or both. They want the certainty and security that STX offers them!!
However, if another superior offer was to come along, that made financial sense (tax included), they would happily accept this knowing full well STX would likely match it...
