Lower Highs and Higher Lows - definitely a pennant formation at play..

Option 1: If 2.5c doesn't hold - I predict a deliberate down drive for an Insto placement @ 2.0c
(Retail suckers pay 3.3c while instos pay 2c - big 'f u' to retail holders)..

Option 2: Bounces off 2.5c, strong revenue based announcement and up and away...

Given they are quickly running out of dough, an insto placement and Option 1 seems pretty certain at this point.

Even if they had a good announcement to make, common sense says any institutional investor is going to be talking to them about getting in at the lowest price possible (2c) getting a zillion shares, UNT getting $$$ millions to fund growth and THEN an announcement - up goes the SP (from 2c to 3c) and they make a motza (50% profit instantly), before retails investors get a dime. Then keep SP between 2 to 3c forcing you lot out (sub 3.3c).. That's what I'd do..



All of this is IMHO. Feel free to disagree, time will tell.. Anyone who thinks companies care about the 3 people who turn up to their presentations as opposed to sucking up to instos giving them millions is dreaming..

Look at today's action - someone is desperately trying to dump out at 2.6c and even bought a few BS shares at 2.7c waiting for someone to offer to buy at 2.6c. So if you want cheap shares at 2.6c today is your day...!! Put up an offer..
