Ann: Investor Webinar on Acquisition of License for Azer-cel, page-118

Webinar just completed. So here are a few quick notes for those unable to view/listen.

LC tells us ...
• that the azer-cell acquisition actually "accelerates our goals". Time will tell of course.
• IMU will take azer-cell all the way through to market for NHL. I see this as very positive.
• that DLBCL (cancer) is an enormous market ... $B2.5 !! This is huge and is growing it seems.
• IMU already has 5 US sites signed up for the Registrational Clinical Trial. I think they may get more actually, so very fast.
• "this is a combination made in heaven". We can only hope so.
• With NHL IMU will go for an FDA AA and file for a BLA within the space of a few years. This is quick really.
• re. price paid for azer-cell acquisition ... "we paid a fairly low price" compared to others.
• that most CAR-T's approved up until this time were approed at Phase 2. I think we knew that, but it is a plus.
• with the current azer-cell program "we are going after 'auto' failures so we are ahead (of other trials) and so
will be 'First in Clss'. This is a big one.

Dr Glover tells us that the facility is "a remarkable asset" and has room for expansion. This of course is very important.
The facility is fully GMP compliant and is already producing a proven treatment. So ... nice.

To me, this is a very positive and exciting opportunity for IMU.
As I have mentioned in a previous post ... we should not forget our other significant programs ... any of which could
jump out with a deal or positive result ... that will propel our SP into the stratosphere. Fingers crossed.
