Considering that the Fireside Chat only went out to the HC population and discovered potentially by those out there who are trawling YouTube. Ie there is a huge percentage of the market that have had no update on proceedings that we all received through Matt’s interview.
Subsequently they are still waiting on some material news - possibly expecting SWC results and rig mobilization update? This is not a criticism, merely an observation.
Uncertainty could be creeping in as they have heard very little.
