it would really depend on timing of cash flows. we don't know what liabilities are due Vs when payments have come in. cash at bank looks good but it could be early collection against later liabilities.
saying that, they mentioned previously they were looking at acquisitions and if that's the case I'd prefer them to use cash for growth rather than dividend. that will also get the market interested.
