When I first come to Australia there were suburbs full of migrants with little job prospects, little to no public transport and people who had all sorts of socioeconomic problems. The motivated people found a way, the no hopers are still there generations later . They are minorities, as they don’t fit in to the way the majority live. Should they get a voice? Should we have a bogan voice to parliament?
