Don't forget that Sheehy will have to cover his own costs.
Without a settlement the NUIX costs would have to be taxed and there would be lots more legal costs
pursuing him for any more. Bankruptcy is the logical consequence and tell me how that will help NUIX and
us investors?
$700,000 and no more litigation from Sheehy is a huge benefit to NUIX.
In a couple of years we may well see NUIX trading beyond $10 and we won't even remember Sheehy.
I have 70,000 of these suckers and I'm looking forward this getting back over the IPO price as step one
