So you seriously think that a "Tier 1 CSP" has put in place an NDA with NOR which prevents NOR from disclosing they are undertaking any sort of interaction with them?
If you do, then why? NOR is a public company, legally they have the same standing as any other company even if they are in reality a shell surviving off the largeness of one shareholder/director.
