The reason I’m so optimistic, I can clearly see the strategy here! The value and appeal of these assets is growing rapidly. IMU have done an amazing job over the last four years , recreating a mini-Genentech . Obviously that’s LC’s dream. Only she is building something here that is so much better than Genentech. Many posters get lost in the weeds, microanalysing the minute details, without the knowledge or experience to know how it all fits together.

Remember Monil Shah is on the phone dawn till dark talking with other high level players in the onco-world. He would know stuff they we couldn’t dream of knowing. So he was employed to do a job. At this point I have to show trust in his ability. You can bet your last dollar he had a lot of input here.

So I see a game changing company being built at warp speed. IMU has really dressed this company up to be a huge target for Big Pharma. IMU has come from nowhere and jumped the queue in the Allogenic CarT space. This space is red hot. But until now it’s been confined to blood cancers. Just 10% of the market.

Big Pharma will be all over this move by IMU. Monil’s phone will be ringing off the hook.

We now are the cutting edge cancer biotech frontrunner. We are the only company in the world that has all of this tech.

LC clearly stated that we are open to do deals. Whether it’s a trade sale, a partnership or a licence. Or if need be we can still go it alone if we can’t negotiate suitable terms. That’s a last resort. If s very unlikely it will come to that.

But if it does , it’s very near term in Biotech Terms. And once IMU does get a succession registration trial under its belt, the whole world is at their feet. They will have funding to do anything they want.

I can’t believe how many posters can’t see how good this move is. Leslie and Paul must be shaking their heads in disbelief at how stupid most of their shareholders are!
