Unfortunately over the last 4 years GDN management has burnt through $54 million to date to drill three wells.

It has sold its iron ore assets for $1million plus royalties that will never be collected by this company.

It plans to fire sale its uranium assets for $2million and in doing so take the bottom of the market. The mine is in Utah but the asset will be chopped up to Australian investors. Rediculous. Shouldn't shareholders be voting on this?


What are the plans for the gold asstes?

How much money is left in the bank?

What debt is currently being held to its bankers?

The directors are gutting this company of assets and they haven't told ALL shareholders why or what justifaction they have for doing this.
