as far as labour and skills go - the workers are Australian
Australians have many times proven that they’ll just keep working for whatever is the boss as long as they get paid
whether it’s foreigners or Australian companies or government
if one took over the whole show and hence had 100% of the revenue and profits - one wouldn’t need 100% production immediately and one would still be miles in front
