If SI is mission critical here, then the rest of the BoDs are superfluous.
All of them are pretenders, taking the pee, IMO.
No one is lamenting Fred Grossman's exit? Rose was the answer, was he? SI led both of them to failure!
As a side note, SI ensured Fred was retained as a consultant, still being paid by shareholders. Compounding mistakes with compounding costs.
This is SI's hobby farm.
Wouldn't it be prudent to have someone on the BoD's that has actually commercialised a novel product through the FDA system? Radical thinking, I know.
