I agree good buying opps. on the horizon.
I'm seeing 10% drops in my traditional hunting area (Melb. bayside) with even little stock. Mind you Dandenong, Pakenham, Drouin and Ballarat appear to rolling on nicely!
reminds me of 2008...
lucky work is paying another bonus in Sept. may get another bargain :)
