akq, this would be a nice alternate funding source that would be in line with PEN's strategy of strengthening the balance sheet before moving into other project areas.
So, I would expect the ~1.5 mil lbs may be contracted under long term contract price (~USD$62) to more than one utility under MoU.
It is all speculation. I just cannot wait for end of August, begining of Spetember 2010 to see any real +ve movement in SP. This is in anticipation of another CR sometime in November 2010 going by previous CRs.
