Anyway, hope you have worked out that capex blowout you thought didn’t exist and let’s hope any prospective financiars are happy to use those selling price estimates in any financing decisions. They were nice and high so will be good if they come to fruition.
Did the smart money leave the building before you worked it out, seemed to be a lot of volume around the time. Maybe just the “OECD bubble” dreamers left?
