dandenong as en exmample 'could' lose some heat as its overpriced; and I'm a bull.
I've bought a big block there and the astronomical rise in 2 years is unexplainable IMHO.
Having said all that I could be wrong, I want to buy more there but its hard to cough up 700k for 1000sqm in Dandy West... phew.
